- Account Identification: Full name, email address, password, and mobile number.
- Residency Details: Household address, birthday, gender, civil status, and household membership details.
- Verification Proofs: Uploaded digital copies of government-issued IDs, barangay IDs, and residency proofs (limited to valid 50MB files).
- Service Transactions: Clearance requests, blotter records, payment information (processed securely through PayMongo), and Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) recycling logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
The collected information is strictly used for the following purposes:
- To verify resident identity and validate barangay membership.
- To process and issue official documents such as Barangay Clearances, Certificates of Residency, and Certificates of Indigency.
- To manage community announcements, and notify residents of document pickups and transaction updates.
- To monitor environmental indicators and urban farming yield analytics within our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF).
4. Data Security and Protection
We employ premium security measures to safeguard your personal data:
- Encryption: Sensitive credentials (passwords) are securely hashed using state-of-the-art bcrypt encryption standards.
- Strict Access Controls: Access is restricted based on operational roles (System Admin, Barangay Admin, MRF Admin) to ensure that only authorized personnel can view sensitive resident details.
- Audit Logging: All critical administrative transactions are tracked via dynamic Audit Logs recording the IP address, action description, and timestamp.
