• Service Transactions: Clearance requests, blotter records, payment information (processed securely through PayMongo), and Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) recycling logs.

The collected information is strictly used for the following purposes:

• To verify resident identity and validate barangay membership.
• To process and issue official documents such as Barangay Clearances, Certificates of Residency, and Certificates of Indigency.
• To manage community announcements, and notify residents of document pickups and transaction updates.
• To monitor environmental indicators and urban farming yield analytics within our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF).

• Encryption: Sensitive credentials (passwords) are securely hashed using state-of-the-art bcrypt encryption standards.
